COME ON ABOARD RIDE THE HANNAH EXPRESS

Wow,
A train with no TRACKS! That's right, the HANNAH Express is a TRACKLESS train. That means our train can travel on just about any flat surface: grass, asphalt, gravel and pavement.
HANNAH Express is a wonderful addition to kids birthday parties, festivals and corporate events.
The Train is gas powered by a locomotive that pulls three wooden passenger cars. The ride comes complete with a bell, horn, music and driver in appropriate costume dressed like an engineer.
We service all of Tennessee, Mississippi, North Georgia, North Alabama and parts of North Carolina. We will consider other locations.
We book by the hour and offer several pricing packages (check our pricing page).

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS IS THE TRAIN SUITED FOR?
The Hannah Express is a wonderful addition for Birthday Parties, School, Church, Festival's and Corporate events.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, We provide Certificate of proof of Insurance upon request.

CAN YOU OPERATE THE TRAIN IN PUBLIC PARKS?
Yes, parks are a excellent place to have the Hannah Express. It is important to check with your recreation department to see if there are any permits required. Many parks require proof of insurance from us. We recommend that you plan your party out a month in advance.

CAN ADULTS RIDE THE TRAIN?
Yes, the Hannah Express will accomadate up to 18 children or 12 adults at one time.

WHAT TYPE OF SURFACE CAN YOU TRAVEL ON?
We can travel on just about any surface, asphalt, cement, gravel and grass. The surface must be firm and dry, we will not travel on muddy surfaces. If you live in a hilly location please inform us to see if we can operate our train for your situation.

DO YOU NEED PERMITS/LICENCES?
Please note some parks and associations require special permits and/or additional insurance to hold an event on their premises. The customer shall assume the cost of any permits, licenses and additional insurance required by local and County Ordinances. Customer assumes responsibility to make all such arrangements with non-residential facilities and maintain all finacial responsibility to Hannah Express should any problem arise due to permit issues .

WHEN SHOULD I MAKE A RESERVATION?
We only have a select few time slots available and they fill up fast.We recommend booking at least 1 month before your event.

DO YOU COVER FESTIVALS OR LARGE EVENTS?
Yes, if you would like us to attend your event we can arrange a flat fee. Also, we will attend your event for free if you allow us to sell tickets and keep the proceeds. If you are trying to raise funds for a special event you can pay use a fee and you can sell ride tickets to help you recover your money.

Pricing Packages

We hire out by the hour or offer several packages to choose from.The first step in booking your event is to pick a date and time for your party. When you call us to reserve a party we will need your (Date, Time, Contact , Address and Phone number).

The prices are subject to travel charges for locations outside our area so call us before making plans.packages to choose from
